In this course you will deepen your understanding of the 15 to Fit Method â„¢ in terms of flow, cueing and set up. You will also learn new exercise series incorporated into the Method in a logical, progressive way. The course materials include:
  • Workout segments for each section; energy, tone, mobility. (7 segments total)
  • Break down videos for all of the exercises included in each workout segment.
  • Descriptive manuals with clear professional pictures for each exercise.
  • One 90- minute Evaluation and Feedback session with a 15 to Fit Methodâ„¢ Master Instructor. (In person or Zoom session)-
    • Consists of more flowing movements
    • Consists of more dynamic and total body movements
